Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella Selling Seattle-area Home at Asking price of $3.5M

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella’s home in Clyde Hill, Wash., was listed for sale this week at an asking price of $3.488 million, according to real estate listing sites.
Property records show that Nadella paid $1.385 million for the house more than 15 years ago, in August 2000, which was eight years after he joined the company.

The listing was reported this weekend by the Los Angeles Times as part of its regular celebrity and luxury homes coverage. Here’s how the listing describes the home.

“Expansive western views of Lake WA, Seattle and Olympic Mts pour thru floor-to-ceiling windows in this open, modern-industrial influenced home. Clean lines & sleek steel anchor the free-flowing layout. Views continue to the spacious main floor master suite.

An open loft above the great room is a perfect spot for your library or office looking out to spectacular views. French doors open to emerald lawns & outdoor entertaining areas. Perfectly placed on Clyde Hill, minutes to everything you need.”

Presumably the Microsoft CEO is moving to another home in the region. We’ll update this post as we get more information.
